BDL Anodised Aluminum Transmission Pulley
We have Anodised Aluminum Transmission pulleys in stock. These lightweight pulleys come complete with a 5th Gear bearing seal, spacer, nut, lock tab and two lock tab bolts. Weighing in at around a third of the stock pulley they give the 5th gear bearing an easier life and of course they don't rust like the stock OEM steel pulley. What's more they're the quality and fit you'd expect from BDL.
They're available from stock in 28 tooth Near US Spec, 29 tooth Stock International Spec and 30 tooth Overdrive Spec versions.

The stock Buell XB belt tensioner is designed to keep the belt under constant tension. However, when the suspension is completely unloaded under hard braking (or when showing off by pulling Stoppies!), the tension is increased to a degree which can damage belts, pulley bearings and even wheel bearings! This spring loaded item utilises the stock tensioner wheel, maintains a tension of 10.5kg under all conditions and so helps to prolong belt and bearing life.

Buell Light Pull Clutch Conversion
Available for 1994 and later Buell models. There's no reduction in spring pressure, so no loss of performance. The benefit is all in the reduced effort needed to operate the lever. Make riding your Buell in town stop and go traffic easier and more pleasurable. Got small hands? This kit is a boon for you. The conversion is a Ride-in Ride-out service but booking is essential.

LED Stop and Tail/Indicator Unit for Buell
A combined Clear Lens LED Rear Light and Indicator Unit for S1, M2 and X1 tube frame Buells. This unit is identical in shape and fitment to the OEM unit and is easily fitted in conjunction with a Lightning Indicator Load Equaliser. Just remove the OEM Light and Indicators and install the new Unit and Equaliser. Wiring couldn't be simpler - just cut off the old cables and solder the new wires in place. Because the indicator wires no longer have to pass through holes in the mounting bracket the LED Unit can be simply unplugged and unbolted at any time. Combine these with a pair of Kellerman LED Front Indicators for a killer look.
