Davidson motorcycles. The price we quote is the price you pay for the service requested -
and all the work will be done! Swing Arm, Wheel and Steering Head Bearings are
inspected and properly lubricated as part of a 10000 Mile Service. These are not deemed "extras"
here -
although we hear that they are elsewhere.
Yes, we remove the Wheels to
properly inspect and lubricate the spindle and taper roller bearings.
Yes, we remove the

spherical bearings.

disposal best practice. In order for us to do this in line with current
legislation, a charge of £2.50 plus VAT is levied on each service to cover the
cost of disposal of waste fluids and filters.
If you prefer to handle your own servicing, then call us for a
price on Service Consumable Packs - currently available for Harley Davidson and
Buell motorcycles. We have tailored each pack to suit your model - this is not a
base pack for the popular (ie current) models put together at a remote
warehouse. Each pack contains the
same High Quality consumables we use in the workshop here at Lightning Services.

will then advise you on the best pack options for your machine. These are

electronic ignition installed on a model originally fitted with points ignition. We also offer either Straight 50 or
the correct 25/60 Multigrade Rev Tech Pure oils for pre-Evolution models (makes
